Who is forcing the common man to buy them? He is buying them because of his own greed ..he wants to become Bill Gates in a day without working hard !!!!
Boycott the builders who inflate the assets for a year or two ... you would see the prices coming down .. but who would bell the cat?

the cuurent naxalites are worst fellows they are completely out of their path by collecting money and entering into real estates they are collecting the money from villege people and atmost from some towns but not from cities but most of the rich people(became rich by doing fraud things) not hard workers so naxlites leveaing them
....expamle some(3) heros are maintaing 1000 acres in hitech city is it correct and doing real estate business with political leaders

Moists are also humans. Though Moism is not having any difference, in every human, there is a feeling of difference is there, (i.e. caste, creed, class, zender, color, height, weight, what not??) If you start a group of 5 people, 50 sub-groups will produce from them. It is impossible to eradicate the difference from the humans.
