If Afjal apologises to the victims then President should think about giving him a chance,If he(Afjal) don't want to apologise then he should be hanged to death.....

I agree with you. It should be a public apology on National Television agreeing that his act is a Terrorist Act and the organization he belongs to is nothing but a Terrorist outfit.
