ok ..key to that is ....if there are odd number of Whites 10th guy will say BLACK and if there are Even number of Whites 10th guy will say WHITE
soo if they are ..

10th guy sees 4 W's (even) so he says W and poor fella ..gets executed ..
9th guy sees even W's infront of him so he shud be B (as he knows that there are even W's in those 9)
8th guy sees 3 W's which is odd soo he shud be the 4th W (which makes it even) so he says White .... and others will change the remaining W's to ODD now as one W is over ..
this is how they go on ...

ok ...herez my answer ..
they will pick one color ..lets say WHITE ..and if the 10th man sees odd number of WHITEs he will say BLACK (which means there are odd number of W's in the remaining 9) poor fella ...hez the "bali ka bakra here ...may his soul rest in peace ..:) but hey...!! 50% chance he might be right ..:)"
9th guy if he sees even number of Whites infront of him and if 10th guy says White .he shud be Black and if 10th guys says Black ..then he is White ..
and this applies to everyone ....and everytime there is a WHITE they need to change the ODD into Even or Even into ODD..
soo with this minimum 9 wil b alive :)
