Why individual soul is dependent ? and dependent on what? It is dependent becuase ----
An individual soul desires a lot ,wants alot, needs a lot in this materialistic world.(that is why we are dependent)
That is what jogarao sir is explaining.One should develop an attitude to release ourselves from this materialistic world and meditate only on God .

That shows God is independent and have unlimited power. Ana also that the individual soul is dependent and is not powerful by itself. That is the difference. Then how they can merge? And what is Scripture tells is also against merge.

If somehow we develop the attitude of releasing ourselves from the entanglements again with His help, and execute our duties according to the demands of that prevailing situation, and leave results of our efforts to JHim, then we can experience the existance of God in every oneand every where.

It is but natural to get frustrated when things go against our wish.But how many of us realise that it is nature's will that prevails? All that happens is according to our self involved deeds and if this self is constantly connected to the infinite absolute (that is God/personality completely merged in the ultimate )then all the problems of life and living solve by themselves. But it takes a strong will force and determination to develop this state of mind and it is not difficult if one has a desire coupled with commitment.

If the things are going out of our hands naturally we look forward for someone.It might be a person whom we trust or God whom we believe in.
This sort of mentaldependence exists in our day today life.We hope something would happen and ease our situation.As long as we work it is natural to depend physically on others and mentally on something like GOD..
