First of all, why Sabarmati incident was allowed to happen? Why were communal riots in Hyderabad arised first of all? By whom? Why? If some one living earlier to NTR's time and now in Hyd, they would be knowing the answers. After NTR lost the elections, there happened riots(I won't really say that they are communal riots) and 1000s dies and Osmania GH's cycle stand was filled up with dead bodies. Who were responsible? A guy from deep Anantapur just visit Hyd may ask "why were communal riots not happening now?", but not the person who lived for long time in Hyd does.

Even though if Sabasmati was happened, who Godhra was allowed to happen?.... Why, once the center of Communal Riots, Hyderabad was calm? If Godhra was communal riots...why there was Looting and Destruction of Property with Military Precision and Planning Behind Attacks? why? why women and children were targetted? Why Violence Against Women and children? They just can't participate in communal riots! They just can't take up weapons to kill Hindus!

U need to investigate the background of Sabasmati. Years of unrest had been developed because of several socio-economic factors there. I suggested it in that comment. Mr.MRji, I can answer your doubts. But no use here I know. Some people here instead of understanding about some facts, retaliate and question them. Facts can't be altered, they forget. o.k. Karsevaks were in number of compartments, but only one bogie was burnt. why? That bogie only consists of unauthorized travellers...including daily petty business people, women and children. That bogie was mixed with several people....including muslims, hindus, petty business people, womenand children. No karsevak who went to Ayodhya carried their family, as they know, it's not good for them to move with such huge mob. The bogies with full of karsevaks were safe, where only men travelled by reserved. Now U all need to find out the reasons! How many muslims participated in Sabarmati incident. Not all the muslims of India. Just a handful of people! If anybody knows, the background of Sabarmati incident, they will not indulge in this discussion. Sabarmati incident of the immediate reaction for communal riots in Godhra and Ahmedabad. But for Sabarmati, there were several socio-economic tensions were being prevailed there in Gujarat. Unfortunately, they were given communal colour by both the communities. After Sabarmati incident, if then Government was sincere to protect the lives, it could have take measures. But allowed the Godhra. They feel their religion is weak and can be burnt by the enemies! So pathetic belief indeed. If HIndus know about the greatness of their religion, they will not suffer with sick prejudices.

Hinduism was already in danger when we got our independence and called ourselves as (pseudo)secularists. Not now. Hinduism will die soon if it continues. Hope the hearts of Hindus burn and turn down it's enimies into ashes. It's enimies are not in other religion, but unfortunately, in it's own. Drive those people away! Mr VeVa, I suggest you to tonedown your statements. I haven't refered you or I haven't taken your name. I was talking about an article that was written by some one some time ago and the link was given in Govt & Politics by SDB. And I was refering to those journalists who wrote against Godra but never spent a single drop of ink from their pens against Sabarmati. Why do you get tensed VeVa? First of all, before initiating the discussion on Secularism....you all need to study the goals of our constitution. Better to read Introduction to The Constitution of India, written by D.D.Basu and various interpretations on Directive Principles of State Policy by Krishna Iyer. I disagree the argument made by Mr.Durga Prasad. I suggest him to tonedown his language. It's better for the discussion to continue.

I still dont understand why Veva never answers valid Questions on Sabarmati, Kashmir, Bangladesh etc? Do I hear someone say -- "The Hindu - The national News Paper" is in fact "Anti_Hindu - Anti_National VIEWSpaper" ?? :P
