Yesterday Asma came for monthly checkup.Pysiotherapist asked us to buy one belt and refered to sayani surgicals, khairatabad. they took measurement for chest. this belt makes asma to be erect. it shud be used atleast for 3 months. Spent for chest belt,medicines, travel and auto,bus(120(3times to care & sayani surgicals):Rs.1465.00

Asma came for monthly checkup. Doctors said there is little progress. She needs a walker and belt for stomach. Spent for medicines, travel and auto(80):Rs.1430.00

Dear All, Yesterday asma came to hyderabad with her father and mother for check up. She was undergone potassium test and it showed slight improvement. But the physiotherapy doctors said she need to come daily and undego excercises. I said it is not possible to come daily. So Dr.Nidhi suggested to come atleast once in 10 days. anyway she suggested to continue some excersis at their home, kothagudem. while asma was doing excercises she is crying alot. I couldnt see and came out of that room. Dr. Nidhi said we have to make asma to do excerise unless she cries also. Yesterday i spent money for medicines and their charges as follows: Medicines:475.00 Autos: 55.00 Travel: 250.00 ------------- 780.00 -------------- Thanks, -chandra.

Hello Everyone, If we wish to praise someone, we should think whether they are worth or not. Do not use big words. I am grateful to everyone of us (including me for posting the thread overcoming my hesitation). We can make things happen, provided we have the urge and trust on the others. Let this give us enough inspiration and motivate us to move further. If you observe, the money that we contributed do not matter for us. But it did matter to a girl and gave hope and happiness to a family. See how Care hospital and the doctors there cooperated to us. We are not an organization but just a group of unknown people. Still they considered because we are sincere. Why not we continue this mission? Even as low as 100 rs/month from each individual would do. I do not say fixed amount, that can be anything which you can afford and gladly donate. Right now we do not have any plan. But there are two people in need. One with kidney problem and the other with heart problem. The person with kidney problem stays in Khairatabad (newspaper). We do not know the details. But right now, we cannot take up the cause, because it requires 2 lakh. If at all we are confident of generating more than 75k, then we can think of taking the case and approach other NGOs and hospitals to adjust the remaining amount. The girl with heart problem is also vulnerable. Only the girl and the mother are there. Father and brothers are not living with them. I think this is Narsipatnam. Cost is Rs. 2 lakh estimated by SVIMS, TPT. Visakha Dairy came up with Rs. 60,000. If anybody knows them, we can donate the newly collected money to Visakha dairy if they can take up the cause. Dear All, The amount so far collected is Rs.15750. Still some amount shud reach prasanthi. Expenses spent till now are: 1.Reports xerox:70.00 2.Chakravarthy expenses to kothagudem and warangal MGM Hospital :rs.440.00 3.Mat:160.00 4.Petrol:140.00 5.Autos asma:300.00(osmania general hospital+ friends+ to meet ngo+care to maid house etc) 6.Hospital :4975.00 7.By cash to yakoob:350.00 8.Horlicks:108.00 9.Paid to maid for accomadation:rs.200.00 10.Telephones to kothagudem, doctors, warangal,local calls:rs.300.00 11.Tiffin + Miscellaneous expenses for volunteers(friends-3 days):rs.100.00 Total spent is Rs.7143.00 Bal:15750.00+ 100(Naveen Babu)=15850.00 Bal Amount:15850.00-7143.00=8707.00 With dr.srinivas help + care management help has made the hospital expenses very less. They gave 50% concession + accomadation free for hospital 4 days..they didnt charged. we shud thank them. We saved nearly 10,000/-. we can help Asma upto six months for medicines and their travel with the bal amount. Doctors said she can walk in 6 months. If everything goes good by God's grace, if she is able to walk..then we think of her to join in Disabled schoools. So that problem will be solved and we can help her every month with less amount. i'll try to meet disabled schools and discuss with the management of how to admit Asma to school. Suggestions are needed from contributors. Thanks to all contributors and supporters. Right now we dont need any money for this case upto six months. we all should thank prasanthi for giving all of us an opportunity to help this poor girl Asma. Thanks, -chandra.

Hello Everyone, Thank you all for the support. Let chandra garu prepare the report. You haven't shared your opinion on the questions that I raised. Please come up with suggestions. Helping this girl is an ongoing activity upto 6 months. But we need not pour much amount to it as of now. Let us estimate how much does that cost every month if we wish to continue for 6 months and then provide that amount every month. If any of your friends can come forward, we can donate some amount with set target to the other people in similar needs. We can think of contacting NGOs. Do you all support my view of owning Asma for the next 6 months, till the doctors express satisfaction? Prashanthi and all others who are working hard to help this child, If we can findout howmuch more money we need, I will be glad to try for more resources.
