| In this case I am sure because I often read there are always vacancies for the post of constables and the appointment of constables happens thru a single channel (correct me if I am wrong)
If this is a case where there is an eligible candidate for the post comepting with this man and this man is trying to get it by bribing a minister then I wouldnt support the cause ..
But what I understood from the post related to this was that .. this man IS eligible for the job but he is not able to get it because he cant pay the bribe .. and in that case I thought I could help the guy a lil!
By saying 'what if' and I am only being optimistic.

I can see your point, but those are all just plain assumptions, if I say "What if I manage to help hundreds/thousands of poor guys to give bribes and get govt jobs and expect them to learn from their bitter experience and in return I expect a corruption free system/society , ALL THIS CAN BE DONE WITH ASSUMPTIONS ("WHAT IF ?" ) so is it a good idea ? also you said "YOU ARE NOT RUINING ANYBODY'S CHANCES BY GIVING BRIBE HERE" that you can never be sure??? there might be a better performing person 'X' (who can't bribe) and there might be a honest officer who is willing to offer job to person 'X' but couldn't do so because of the pressure from some minsiter who has taken bribe ?

OOPs Read the word DOWRY as BRIBE .. I was reading an article on DOWRY and just got carried away .. ( as such, I dont see any difference between the two hehe)

My decision was not a spot decision .. I thought about a lot before committing myself ..
Its like this ..
What if This man learns from his bitter experience of Bribery and helps others without taking any bribe? WHAT IF THIS GUY DECLARES OPENLY THAT IN HIS LIFE AS A CONSTABLE HE WOULD NEVER TAKE DOWRY FROM ANYONE WHILE HELPING THEM?
If one case of giving bribe can avoid dozens of cases of bribery it is always welcome .. and moreover, YOU ARE NOT RUINING ANYBODY'S CHANCES BY GIVING BRIBE HERE, ALTHOUGH ITS NOT ETHICAL ...

Here in this case, it is better if the educational institutions come forward with some concession etc., That to we need to be responsible for all the years once we commit. Coming to this constable case, is it his aim to get a govt. job or to be a constable? If not, better he can try in any private organization and helping him in finding one. This is my opinion.
