I totally agree with Akella Srinivasamurthy Garu here. It is a well known fact that the girls from Guntur & Guntur Dt study extremely well compared to the other districts in A.P. For instant when I was a class teacher in CBSE school I came across the following girls from Guntur Dt who were able to be the best in the places indicated against their names here. I was in fact their class teacher taking maths & science. Bitra Ramadevi (Mangalagiri-Padmashali) 100 in Maths & Science, now in Glasgow doing her FRCS Glasgow UK, Thiruveedhula Sitaramalakshmi, (Bhattiprolu-Padmashali) did her MSc in Human Physiology and PhD in Human Histopathology in AIIMS in New Delhi,Akula Vedavathi (Tenali-Arya Vysya) did her PhD in Applied Mathematics now employed in IIT, Jyothusyula Nagavalli (Brahmin)(daughter of Sri Jyoyhyusla Nagendra Sastri - India's High Commissioner to Zambia) from Nidubrolu, Chilukoti Padmaja (Guntur city-Padmashali) did her MD in a christian medical college in British Columbia and now working as a faculty in Alfred Maynard Medical Centre, Richmond City in Western Kentucky University, Thallavajjula Sharadha, Sangam Jagarlamudi-(Brahmin)did her MSc in Human Physiology in Taramani in Chennai and now working there on a central govt assignment, Nalini Yadav,Golla-Amaravathi)BSc(Hons)MSc,PhD in Central University, Pondicherry (from Repalle)etc etc. Therefore Guntur not only stands for the beautiful girls and women but also for a great education among them.
