Follow Humanity.Develop these attitude.Punish judiciously who crosses HUmanity(Punishment given judiciously is only to save 'Humanity')
JUdge should punish criminal on the basis of crime but not on enimity.

Not just that ... IRAQ had been the only country that rose above religion and supported India against Pakistan on Kashmir and Saddam supplied oil to India at low prices even during the crisis ... (Its unfortunate that India could not stand behind Saddam when he needed us)
India could atleast have provided Asylum to him ... its perfectly justified when Pakistan could give asylum to a terrorist like Dawood Ibrahim (and obviously US knows about it)
