Please explain " Sadhana "
I am requesting this because the Malayalees quite often use words like
"Sadhanam undo" " Yenda Sadhanam" . I know that many of the Malayalam words are true Sanskrit and still they use words related to RRA ( The last one in Telugu alphabet) , Ru (Rushi), lu (which so far I never come across such words are used normally in spoken Malayalam. This makes them success becuase in a ten minutes talk if one english word hardly spoken.
We use "sadhanamu lella samakure dhara lona";
Can be explained if you have time.

Having taken this body which is the instrument of our material existence, we have certain duties to keep it healthy and in sound working order to complete the purpose of our present life.
Once the soul is refined by our mental regulation through sadhana, nothing needs to be done to keep our internal state in happy and peacefull disposition.
