Planning for the future? Only one way, to teach Telugu (Read/Write/Understand) to the Telugu people who are in the pitiest state of saying "I don't know Telugu" across the world. Or make them ashamed of their state of not knowing their mother tongue. I pity them.

Aditya Vedula, Thanks for your response (a few days ago). What I can't see is where the opposition to your stated position arises from. And how it devolved into an insult-fest:-) The fact that I can't read Telugu probably exacerbated my confusion by not being able to follow the discussion. What I was hoping to get out of this is some pointers to 'restore Telugu pride' as the subject indicates - but that doesn't seem to be case, since people are looking back and indulging in the blame game instead of looking ahead and planning for the future:-(

Posted by: KS Kiran Kumar At: 5, Aug 2004 2:42:31 PM IST ... Kiranji... U have overstepped. I never said that all the existing or evolved literature is meaningless. Below my response, I issued another comment. ATavaladi vAduka bhAshaki daggaragA unTundi . It's true Sri Sri too had written several books (His first attemt) in Sankrit. Tried to write poems by using Grammar. Later he shifted his stand. Grammar constraints sometimes trouble the expression and meaning. If somebody pity me....I don't object. But they need to sit to write then understand the problems involved. Merely reading books will not work. And at the same time, for the comment below second, I too agree, parcularly the second paragraph. SrI SrI pai kOpam vachchindanTE...adi goppa vArikE sAdhyam ! ayana batikunnappudu viSwanAdha satyanArAyaNagArE ayannu tappu paTTagaligAru. kAnI sinArE kI mAtram kOpam rAlEdu mari ! Kiranji.... No poet dies in any literature if he/she ignited minded irrespective of using grammar or not! I agreem with u...language must have agility to express. Each and every language must search for innovative skills...at the same time the original colour of the language must not lost. kALOjI.... seldom used grammar. Yet popular among the people of Telangana.

Don't blame me guys; Know them nothing wrong and interpret the way you understand; Why the discussion is limited to Aryans alone; We are with them for many years and every one is estimating in s diffrent manner; Global Thinking; Ex: Kuwait currency once upon a time it's rupees; Kuwit is famous for natural pearls and pearl diving. Britishers are marketing these pearls on exchange of Indian currency.
