Hello Friends, This is really a good news to all of us. {Today I also went to the most dreaded place (a hospital) :)}The child is out of danger. Thank god. She just need medication, physiotherapy etc., For 6 months she should be careful and later on with proper diet and care she can be normal as time goes by. But she should stay here for 1 week. They can't stay in hospital for the cost will be astronomous. Chandra garu is still in hospital with the discharge related work. He will come and post more details. I have a question, rather a topic of discussion here. Please share your views because they are most important. At what stage we should let ourselves out of a project? What is our aim in our help? As an initiator, I share my views. Please come up with your ideas and opinion. Correct me wherever I am wrong. My wish is to see 'the end' of anything that we undertake. Initially my only wish was to collect as much as possible and give that child for the operation. But unexpected was happen. You all came forward and gave me the courage to proceed on this issue further. We did our best and due to the tests, it was clear that the girl is out of danger. It is really such a feeling which I fail to describe or explain. But our duty ended here? Are we concerned with the girl or with her parents? 1. She has to stay here now for one week 2. She has to come for checkup every month for 6 months. 3. She has to be on strict medication and physiotherapy all these months. My personal view is to see to that this child becomes normal again. Regularly contribute the required money until she get cured upto 6 months. What do you say? Chandra garu will give us the more detailed report may be later today or tomorrow. I once again thank him on behalf of all of us. He compensates all this time by working extra hours late night. He is the only person who goes and look after them. P.S. Somehow I brought personal issue here. Ok. Leave it. koMcheM sEpu bAdhapaDatAmu. tarvAta vadilEstAmu. I am alright now. I don't care :) I had the biggest hurt, a pain for a lifetime, because of a friend (?!?) So when I compare with that, nothing is pain or trouble. These are all silly. I can ignore. Those who understand me are my friends and those who are not, literally not. Just it. As simple as such. 'Pain is real. Suffering is the choice'. Leave it. Thank you all for your compassion. Leave the topic here. Somehow I shared in a rather pensive mood. with regards, Prasanthi.

Prasanthi, Be bold and courageous. Dont worry. ------------------------- Dear All, Just now i and Dr.Srinivas personally met Dr.Sairam and had a discussion. He says all the tests came postively and the problem is Kidney related RTA and Rickets. He says by tomorrow evenining asma can be discharged. He says operation is not required and the problem can be cured by using medicines and physiotherapy. But every month she has to be checked. Within 6 months she could be able to walk. Tomorrrow night i will give the complete details. Thanks, -chandra.

Hello Friends, In fact, I read nearly 4 this kind of situations in Eenadu alone. Today also there is one report which requires 2 lakh for operation (this is hole in heart). A 10th class girl. She needs 2 lakh and some cooperative society came up with 60,000 rs. Even if we cannot donate, we can bring this to the notice of DC or some other hospitals which are interested to cure such patients. I didn't posted such news here because, once we successfully completes a case, and see to that she recovered or so, we can move to some other things. In fact, I got a mail today from one of my good friends whom I really respect, giving me the url of the 10th class girl and with the message 'Do your best'. It really irked me a lot. Somehow I got very angry. Why people can't understand other's sensitivities that too boasting as 'friends'? I would not have cared if someone else say so but someone who is one of the good friends and I truly regard. I don't know if I misunderstood the intention or somthing else. In fact, I told to my friend about the news that I read in Eenadu and if we can complete the present case, I can show and share this news with others. This was before checking his mail. I may not have the money with me, I may not be as successful as others in life or profession so far, but is it bad to try to help others? I cannot ask people for help for each and every news that I read. There are many people in the world who are in really very horrible situation. I do not have any magic wand. I just have empathy and commitment(may be dormant). Until and unless I complete one project and show the others that these are the results, how can I move on to other projects? There is no manpower as yet. Chandra garu (who is really an unique person, I never saw a person like him in my lifetime. Chandra, born for the people) only doing the things alone. Dr. Girivardhan (our TP member) came forward to help and assist Chandra garu. We need someone here in hyderabad who can help us. Just to go to hospital and see them. I haven't gone yet. I will go and see in one of these days. (Basically I fear doctors and hospital environment a lot. So I am a negligible candidate in this area. One area of social work where I can do nothing is 'Blood Donation'. The idea of injection itself dreads me a lot.) Last but not the least, do not comment my friend. Somehow I am really hurt because he is the person who told me that he will definitely help me in my activities (if other classmates of us do not come forward) and many of his friends are interested in these kind of activities and he will mobilise them all by sharing my views with them. He hasn't responded for my mails later (may be some misunderstanding meanwhile) but just mailed this today. I feel very hurt if I sense something of this sort from the people whom I include in my good books. Actually I didn't care others comments. I take the good and ignore the bad. But can't tolerate or stand cold remarks from close friends. So feel like sharing, somewhat in a pensive mood. There might be misunderstandings and we may be angry also. These are justified. But one should not comment on the very ideology that to of a friend whom one knows very much. I wish I really could do my best in involving others and getting funds to help people in need. with regards, Prasanthi.

Dear All, Today in care hospital, we admitted asma in General ward roomno:419. Dr.chakravarthy, Dr.Husani, Dr.Sairama reddy and Dr.Sirisha have gone thru previous reports and suggested some tests which will take 3 to 4 days to complete. Dr.Saikumar redddy said operation may not be required, it can cured by medicines and it will take 0ne year to cure. But final advice can be said after all the tests are done. Dr.Chakavarthy, Dr.Srinivas have promised to provide some discount for tests from care foundation fund. Friends chakravarthy and srinu are with us at hospital. All the doctors and staff are very cooperative and helpful. Thanks, -chandra.
