I agree with you. There are many issues related to helpline postings and the donations to be given to the needy people directly. We will definitely bring these issues to the notice of the concerned department.
By the way, they are very busy and so the delay. I forwarded their reply to your mail-id. We can expect the details as early as possible.
Thank you once again for your interest.

I understand that middle layers are essential, but what I am saying that they should be quick, when they are doing all the work by collecting the information about the boy, the family, his education details and publishing it doesn't take much to collect the contact details at the same time and keep them along with the rest of the details. You don't need to go through all the cycles again and spend a week to get the contact details.
Time is Gold for any charity/help, you will be dealing with all kinds of people strong, weak, sensitive...some people respond at the spur of the moment on reading the news/article and if you make them wait for a week they won't be willing, Imagine I have set a specific amount aside to help the boy, but after waiting 5 days, 6th day I was tempted and used the money for some need/luxury, Now who is to blame ? Is it me because my Will to help isn't Strong Enough or is it the Delay which weakened my will?
even it's imp to give the help in time,
You don't know what's the situation is at the receiving end, suppose in this case if the dead line to apply for a course in a university/college is very close and passed before any help reaches what's the use of the money sent ? will it buy the time ?
Thanks

As mailed to you I will ring to him this evening if we do not get any reply by that time.
Middle layers are very essential because it is with the help of them only we can see the other side.
Our urge and a feel of urgency is understandable. But it takes time with respect to this kind of situations.
Let us discuss with them and see how it would be in the coming days. Thank you.

If you don't mind and time permits meeru ramakrishna gari ni follow up chesi details telusuko galara ? I haven't received anything till now.
The irony is You know some boy out there
needs help and you are ready to help and this should be quick and efficient but most of the time and effort is going into the middle layers ( in this case just getting the details from eenadu, tried mailing, calling....)?? what do you say ?
Thanks

Posted by: Ms. Prasanthi Uppalapati At: 28, Jun 2005 3:23:31 PM IST Vachaspati garu and Geeta garu thanks for your reply, sorry that I didn't make my intention very clear...instead of sending a one off cheque I want to support him through out his education until he finishes his course and for that I need to talk to the boy/family(Ravi) and need to know some more details and verify the case as well ( where he is planning to study, his general family conditions e.t.c ) Ok , I will try calling Eeenadu and try to find out the details meanwhile if anyone from Bapatla can devote little time in finding out the details it will be higly helpful incase if I couldn't get complete details from eenadu.
