Anugaru and bujjidi bujji garu, The interpretation of an independent expression like "he he" has multidimensional meanings. We are not here to debate on those versatile synonymns - rather , one should understand that the essence of an expression (including in net lingo) lies in the sentence ,with reference to which, it has been used. For instance , Mr. never say die had commenced with an interrogative sentence asking " where do u get such ideas from - he he". The query followed by such an expression inclines towards implying that he/she is being sarcastic about my ideas. Hence , the interpretation of any kind of expression lies in the statement used formerly to it and not with any linguistic references! hopefully ,you would have understood ........
