Hi guyz... good morning. Identi weekend lo ikkadikochi cricket discussion pettaaraa, good good. Link koni match chudatam start cheyyagaane, sachin and ganguly out. $10s waste emo ani feel ayya, but finally happies....

In other countries(sports loving , as u mentioned) the captains are axed if their performance is below par for long time.Of course they are given chance to prove themselves,but not for too long!!.
Ganguly used to be one of the best left-handed players when he was on song , even after he became skipper. Nowadays he is not upto mark in his batting as well as in captaincy. Best example that he lost his aggression is ,on the final day of first test match , where pakistani tailenders scored century and ganguly didnt utilize "close-in fielders" strategy. Compare the same with final day of Bangalore test , where Indians were in same situation and Inzy used the strategy of seven fielders around the batsmen , and the consequence, all indian players went into their shell and were out while defending.

Agreed that Indian cricket team doesnt depend on Ganguly's batting , but his bad patch has been a while too long (his last century was way back in 2003 word cup match and that too against Kenya). Compare him with other captains of top teams , like australia , south africa , and even pakistan , srilanka.Its true that indian cricket team's captains carry weight of a billion ppl's expectations , but so is the case of other cricket crazy countries.

ganguly gaadu vollu deggara pettukoni aadithe gelise chance vundhi.his aggresion reflects on the team. Now team is morally down after that disastrous defeat. Lets c what happens tomorrow. But according to stats , pakistan has upper hand.
