Mr.Naidu seems to be suffering from SMS (Selective memory loss syndrome). Ohterwise , how does one explain the fact that Mr.Naidu, whose trickery felled the Mighty NTR , keeps on shamelessly praising him. The dead star must be turning in his grave. May his soul rest in peace.

Ramoji challenged Depositors Protection Act 1999 brought by RBI.
State govt filed counter petion against Ramoji.
Ultimately Ramoji is not agreeing the collection of deposits from the public is against law over and above he is challenging money laundering.
It lokks so similar calling names by Gandhiji & Ramoji.

Why is Mr.Ramoji Rao, repeating ‘ad nauseam’ that he has not violated any law? If he is so sure about the legality of Marg Fin’s actions , why stop collecting deposits ? MargFin’s case has gone to all courts from Nampalli to New Delhi. Has any of his lawyers argued that Marg Fin, an HUF is not covered by RBI’s rules ? Having committed a monumental violation of basic statute , punishable by Jail term and making MF open for a penalty under whose weight his whole group is susceptible for collapse, what is his grouse. Gripped by insecurity , having failed to secure Judical support for his “NO COMPLAINT & PROMPT PAYMENT” THEORY, he is using his media connections , political clout and his media to drum up support for his reckless/desperate actions.
He has abused Public trust, mislead thousands of innocent depositors , connived with regulatory authorities and friendly politicians, risked thousands of crores of public money. All along we thought he had contempt, perhaps justifiably, for pliable Politicians and corrupt bureaucrats . Now he seems bent upon insulting public intelligence.

Dr. Siddu might have deposited good amounts in Andhra Swiss and a well secured depositor. Like you many who invested and same time margadarsi protecting their privacy by not disclosing the depositors list. This could have resulted CBN to quit politics.
