Nobody in this world is perfect but that should not discourage our efforts towards perfection process which may take long time but easy to follow. that is how our elders have encouraged meditation on heart(Rajayoga meditation) with the supposition that there is divine light in our heart, if one does start that and experience the difference only then he /she will be convinced. Having experienced such experience it is felt why not we tell others who may be interested so that they also may be benefitted?

Anupama gaaru... i was one of the very old member of TP.com. i became addicted to this at one point of time, and it started showing affects on my profession and productivity at work. then decided to stop coming. i think today i came here after many many months.
comes to learing, there are many better ways to learn things through internet. you can find better and best authors and intellectuals, and resources on net. Joga ji and Dhaivadheenam gaaru i am not degrading you. sorry...
