The prayer quotedby me was actually recieved by my master in a super conscious state and this simple prayer itself give the sadhak the required receptivity to recieve the Divine transmission from the perfect personality of my Master who has merged in the Ultimate source in toto and this transmission is the unique feature of our sahajmarg system which is lost to us due to our own ignorence all these years. it is my Master who refined the oldest system of this Divine transmission which was in vogue in the time of 72 generations before king Dasaradha,that is even before the advent of Sri Rama avatar.Those days there was no idol worship at all because the people were so pure in their mind that mere thinking of God they used to get the divinity. But as days passed due to our own complexities we lost that divine thinking capacity and now it is because of my master's wonderful effort it is recovered and being passed on to our present generation who so ever is tuned up to him by total surrender to his divine personality since we can not precieve God with our own senses or mind.
now if iam branded as a fellow fallen for a hypnotic effect of my guru i have no objection for that comment because i know and understand where do i stand now and what iam and who is guiding me towards the ultimate goal of our human life.It is for this reason i have been motivating our fellowmen to try this system and follow it if they are benefitted or leave it if they are not benefitted.You may again question me that why anybody will fail if this system is so effective and for that i must say that we need to have faith in him and confidence in ourselves and there should be a sincere effort and then only we get the desired results and otherwise it all looks a foolish act as it seems to be so to our friends here.

I never said that i don't believe all these traditional methods but i only said that they have become irrevelent under the present circumstances because of our present mental state which is in a polluted condition of tumoil and disturbance due to our own making over a period of time.
when we find a refined method of god rememberance what is the necessity of old methods of slokas and stutras which are nothing but praising the lord without understanding its meaning and repeating them till ur tongue gets numb.and instead of that if somehow we can get the experience of God in our lifetime and get connected to him allthrough what else do u want?
i need not repeat the prayer for more than once and i need not chant but meditate waiting for the divine experience of insignificance which is the nature of divine itself why should i follow old traditional methods ?Regarding your other question i must say that ,that is the time when the night and day cross and wellknown as sandhya samayam which is similar to that of the time before creation. i will give more explanation on this a little while afterwards.

It has become usual to criticise a system witout knowing much or learning about its efficasy by people who are having biased views on modern practices best suited to the present day generation who give more importance to material proof rather than personal spiritual experience by self .May God save such ignorant masses ,and show them the right path.

for the sake of repetition i am giving below the method i have been following since 1990.
1) start the morning meditation with a prayer to god as suggested; O MASTER, THOU ART THE REAL GOAL OF HUMAN LIFE , AND WE ARE YET BUT SLAVES OF WISHES PUTTING BAR TO OUR ADVANCEMENT , THOU ART THE ONLY GOD AND POWER TO BRING ME UP TO THAT STAGE,. begin the meditation with this prayer by sitting in a place ,before sunrise for an hour with a suggestion that there is Divine LIght in my heart, but u need not imagin about any light as such.
2)evening cleaning process in which again i give a suggestion to self that all the impurities including grossness ,complexities,heaviness and darkness etc. going out of my body from the back in the form of smoke and vapour.here we literally use our will force to throw away the impurities and again we need not specifically see or imaginabout them.
3)bfore going to sleep again mentally repeat the prayer and thinking about the meaning of the prayer for 15 minutes and then go to sleep.
besides the above keep thinking that whatever you are doing or thinking it is not you but Master that is doing everything and you are only instrumental in his hands.
the entire process at different times -One hour in the morning, half an hour in the night before dinner and 15 minutes in the night before going to sleep of course constant rememberance of Master who is God himself but since we can not imagin god without form think of the guru who initiated you into this system. thats all .do it and feel it but you can not understand this simplicity of this system unless you practise it .and mind you it is up to u whether u leave idol worship or not it is upto u! but as u progress u will understand the efficasy of this process and u leave the physical form altogether.
and to top it all it is the life force of the personality of guru who crossed all the levels of human limitations and reached the ultimate living dead condition called PRAANAAHUTHI (DIVINE TRANSMISSION FROM THE PERFECT PERSONALITY )that works wonders on your personality which again can be felt but can not be described for obvious reasons.

i have been practising since 1990 (dec) and i can confidently say that this is the only simple method of God realisation if practised properly on the lines of the method prescribed among the available systems of saadhana. Regarding the second part of ur question iam not the compotent person to state i realised God but i could definately say that i am progressing towards right direction by observing the structural changes i have been undergoing eversince i started this method.
You may ask me what are those structural changes and they are the following;
1) I started feeling presence of God everywhere and changed my attitude towards others which was biased earlier due to my limited thinking.
2)I stopped reacting to others comments on me because i understood that they are THEIR impresions on me but not my nature at all.
3)i found out thateverything that happens to me is good for me and that god is with me all the time but it is only that i forget about him once in a while.
4)everything happens according to Divine Will and we are only instrumental in executing things and so nothing is possible without Divine will and things happen if they destine to happen or do not happen if the time is not ripe for that happening.
5)this feeling that god is with me always gives me a kind of confidence in self and i attempt anything only if my conscious permits and do not accept anything if i feel that it is not in the interest of all the people around....etc...etc..
My only wish in posting all this is not with any selfish motive but with a hope that those who really want God do not waste any further time to discuss god but do something to gain him

.......and that is why i stopped explanation and repeated the method with a hope some one who is really serious may start practice and experience so that he/she may agree to my point of view after personal experience .

@raghu, iam again stressing my point that the practice prescribed by my master is so simple that it created doubts in learned people like u , and that is the difficulty.As a matter of fact any simple pracise creates suspicion to people because they think in a complicated way since they are exposed to complicated environment.And to stressed that point only .

selfish ego is harmful to personal perfection.
getting attached to one 's own impressions and ignoring reality.
not willing to accept all that which is not seen or heard but given an opportunity to experience by self for proof .....etc...
