When they attend the emergency situations like Quakes or Cyclones, they dont distinguish between Hindu and Muslim victims

Posted by: Malakpet Rowdy At: 16, Dec 2004 12:49:25 PM IST There are evidences to beleive he is guilty. Not to say probably. If it is Probably , can't he get bail under Section 439 ?
__________________________________________
Nope, thats what ...Seer's cousel argued .. he said 437 and 439 should be viewed separately but the Judge refused to separate them and claimed he had limited powers
___________________________________________
In this case also, you were saying there is 50 percent that his involvment is there.

DID I EVER SAY SANKARACHARYA WAS INNOCENT?
All I said was that He may or May not be guilty and one should wait until the court declares him Guilty!! and its a 50-50 chance that hez guilty / innocent

Mr. Murugesan further said: "Courts, while hearing bail petitions, should act with utmost care and caution, like walking on razor's edge, in not discussing threadbare the merits and demerits of materials and vital aspects of the case. Keeping in mind the settled position of law, this court, hailing the stand of the prosecution, turns down the pleas of the petitioner."
in not discussing threadbare the merits and demerits of materials and vital aspects of the case
Doesnt it mean that the vital aspects have NOT been discussed yet?
