Mr. & Mrs. Sneha
The known person's name will come last whether it is male or female.Addressing 'Sneha's husband with in the brackets' is wrong.

'Wren and Martin' English Grammer and Composition for High School is prescribed not only in India but also in other Countries.It is the oldest one.
Now the said book is being edited by others.Here it is being edited by 'Dr.Prasad'.
The book has undergone many changes.Example:-Originally it was being addressed as "Mrs and Mr. Srinivasa Rao".Because the husbands name was known and the wife was being addressed simply as "Mrs." Now at many places the wife is well known person and the husband may not be known.Then we say "Mr. and Mrs. Sujatha". In any case the known person will come last.
What you have said is correct.You need not say "oooops"
