The leaste AP Govt. can do is show some guts & initiative and stop this hypocracy. Clearly mentioning that Law has been violated , RBI and Ministry of Finance have washed off their hands of the MARGADARSI issue and are saying that it is the responsibility of AP Govt to take penal action, against the scamsters. Even Mr.Ramoji rao has accepted , the illegality of his actions by stopping collection of deposits. I wish he had the decency to explain the Legal opinion of the two Supreme Court judges , on which he relied and their names, so that he can get benefit of doubt .
RBI is also trying to shield MARGADARSI citing protection of Depositors interests. In the long run Depositor’s interests across the Nation , will be truly protected only if any one violating law is put behind bars, without exception.
Does AP Govt. has the guts to discharge its duties or will it crawl on all fours , before the Media might of the EENADU.?
