Using the mathematical symbols, except infinity and (...), use 3 9's to make the largest number by using 9 by itself, i.e. you cannot use 99.

(4! + sqrt(4))/.4 + 4 = 69
(4! + sqrt(4)/.4 + sqrt(4) = 67
