Slowly understanding the question.
A word "word", when added with "S", should change a number & gender. "word" + "S". What is that "word" is the question, right? If so, is "word" a number? Or "word" should be added to number and "S" like "word" + number + "S" in any sequence ?

Actually wat the question meant waz when U add 'S', it changes both the number(to some other number) and the gender...And I guess it must be in the same language...LOLz

When "S" is added, it changes to sthree(lady), this is changed from number(common gender) to stree, feminine gender.
