General Forum: Govt. and Politics | Telangana Separates from AP??? | |
| Karthik can you jsut tell whats wrong in dividing if they arent dividing on hatred issues? :)
Posted by: Saleem At: 19, Mar 2004 10:58:54 PM IST Hi Kiran,
Hope u r having a nice time. Well,I think u posted two messages for me.ThanQ
But I could read only one (the statistics one), the other one, couldn't read due to technical snag.
Fine, seems to have done sound homework.
First, who said differences doesn't exist??
And do u mean that differences are not there within coastal districts, between 'uttara costa' and "dakshina costa". Do u see Vijayanagaram and Srikakulam the most developmed districts??
How about Rayalaseema, Anantapuram, where there was a drought for the last 6-7 yrs...and now they r going to be the first victims of unwarranted K'tkas petty and major irrigation projects?? What does it mean? Does it mean that ATP should demand a seperate "country status" so that it could sort out its issues in "International Court of Justice at Hague".(Not a bad idea)
Take Nellore, where very frequently, we have unwelcoming guests in the form of cyclones, just in the time of agriculturual yields coming out?-------Reason....Geographical Location....what is the solution for that??
every region, every district has a problem....
And about ur statistical message, who stopped development? Many of the leaders from the leaders have become Ministers at the state as well as central level, Chief Ministers, and one even Prime Minister.
Did any of the leaders belonging to other areas resorted to hunger strikes that we r against development in that part of the state? I don't have info on that pls furnish that??
Today most of the engineering colleges are established in around ranga reddy, medak, and Nalgonda dists...which fall in same part of the state, which is said to be neglected... same case with Dental Colleges, and Medical Colleges.
Now don't say that how is the common man going to be benefitted...had these colleges been established somewhere in costa or seema, the same voices would have vociferously shoulted...."INJUSTICE HAD BEEN DONE"...

whats his full name

Thanks for conceding to the fact that, your leaders involved in the struggle are for nothing but for their own motives.
Also elborate, what made KCR to shoulder this cause, ofcourse which was neglected from a long time, (though in the middle late Indra Reddy tried to carry it, but couldn't generate much momentum.
Posted by: Mr. Karthik M At: 17, Mar 2004 2:50:20 PM IST There r certain other angles to be touched, impact of investments, how the politics will act et al...we shall make it later pal
Posted by: Mr. Karthik M At: 17, Mar 2004 1:47:04 PM IST Well, Mr.Kiran, let's go in a precise way.
Before that just remember the example of Israel and what made it one of the role models for many nations in the world...ATTITUDE of the leaders as well as the public, their despite the fact that, they are aware of their geographical shortcomings.
Similarly, any region, not only Telangana, if lacking in one area can fill the gap, 'WILL' make it out in some other way, provided, it has that killing instinct. DOES IT REALLY HAVE..Think about it? If yes, just list down all those, who were and are honored with some or other position in legislature and executive level, at centre and state level since its formation. What was really done?
And Mr.Kiran, who stopped these gentleman, from taking over all those irrigation projects, which today they decry, that are deliberately kept in suspension. Just enligthen me, coz I am absolutely zero in that area.
So, what is the problem? the same attitude,
that makes an individual fail or a nation fail. No doubt, even if this movement succeeds pal, if the motive is going to be not a selfless one, ultimately the people r going to suffer, as they have suffered, in 1969 (That's what Mr.Nagesh tried to say)
And would u dare to agree that this is the only area that is lacking in development in the state?
Regards

I am anxious to here that from you, who knows, that may turn out to be another better pespective, or otherwise.....
before rejoining, go through what Mr.Nagesh is trying to say...to put it simple...he tried to explain it in a multidimensional perspective...
Posted by: Mr. Karthik M At: 16, Mar 2004 9:23:02 PM IST The discussion supposed to be about Telangana. By the wAY TELANGANA WANTS TO DECLARE A SEPARATE COUNTRY OR WHAT ?
Posted by: Mr. M Kumar N At: 15, Mar 2004 6:47:52 PM IST great way of looking at the issue Nagesh...

Posted by: Mr. Karthik M At: 15, Mar 2004 1:33:48 PM IST So what .. another set of confirmed rogues sitting to eat away what is ear marked. The people of telengana have strange perceptions.
They have neither a port nor an outlet to the sea - just unwanted thick skinned pride with absolutely no brains. For what ? In case they split, in a few years to come you will know the difference. When you look from outside, you will realise the value of the "People". Who ever goes out of the country after imbibing govt.sponsored education and doesnot do a mite bit back for the country is a rogue. We are dividing and going to ruins ourselves, why blame the whites, tamilians et al. The rot lies in us. We should wakeup and see the beauty amidst us and not be frustrated. You can merely end it all like farmers do - DRINK PEPSI OR COKE.
I was a seafarer and lived far from the land and though a Telugu, I have never had a chance to live in the State. Yes I know, the muslims ruled telengana and the telangs have many kidney stones as they eat too much meat and drink less water and are as dust blown and dry haired as the mossies. pity on you Telangs. Once you are split, u will be the pariahs of society. Try not to piss in your pants. Learn to be civilised and face the truth. Truth alone triumphs.
