There are so many women ,out here in TP ,but not even 1 has come forward to take an oath ,even if she dosent stick to the oath is a different issue ,but ,not 1 post is there from any woman or girl .
All the three happen to be men ,and thats patethic .

Ofcourse to attain the above, you need officials who are honest and who would take people to task irrespective of their social stature or political influence. Since this is something that is difficult in India, dowry would exchange hands till the day Indians get rid of corruption.
