The story is a based on the re-incarnation. Sastry daughter katyayani (Sada) and backward caste guy siva (naresh), but the village head (rajan . p.dev) is against to that and unable to live without love they both die. Their souls take birth as kasi and uma. Uma is politician balaram (benerjee) sister wants to marry his sister to safi a relative of him. But uma don’t like him. Kasi comes from america wants to do an album on telugu culture. Both of them meet and remembers their old love. How they marry over coming the obstacles is rest of the story.
