Dear Kalyan garu, "my 2 cents" means "my contribution to this discussion forum". That sentence was totally related. Thanks

i agree with anand garu but what this line has to do with this article"Here are my $0.02".this type of lines may seem ridiculous sometimes.it is better if these type of unrelated lines are avoided.

I absolutely agree with Lakshmi garu. Here are my $0.02: When the youth watch these movies, they are introduced to more and more misleading info regarding love and stuff. I recently visited Hyd and was talking to an young, distant relative of mine. I have been very close to him and he says, in order to attract girls one has to maintain a bike, a cell phone, a digital organizer, few credit cards and a musical instrument (I bet this one is definitely from one of those movies). That is his definition of "being loved". It is not difficult even for middle class youth to get those stuff, especially when there is atleast one person per family in the US. I believe a lot of responsibility lies in parents, who should do a lot more to control their children. This applies to both boys and girls. Its not only the love stories that affect the youth, internet is also doing that. Dont want to divulge from the original topic, but if one does a "find *.jpg" button on any computer in internet cafes, one will find a bunch of obscene files stored in there. I dont know of a better solution than a near impossible task of making the youth realize the reality.

Samaajam lo undi kaabatte choopistunnaamu. Inkaa takkuve choopistunnaamu, nijamgaa violence nija jeevitham lo yekkuva vuntundi ani okappudu samardhinchukune vaaru. prekshakulu teestunnaaru kaabatti choostunnaamu anevaallu. Guddu mundaa , pilla mundaa anetatlu undedi. kaani "Shiva" chain scenes yelaa repeat ayyaayo andariki telisinde. Taajaagaa Kavali "Jawahar Bharati" college udantam. It is written that those students are influenced by the film "Idiot". Don't we feel the patriotic notions when we see the films "Border" , "Bharata Ratna" and "Hindustan, the mother", "Pukar" etc? Films have had their impact on the people. As Saradhi garu said, how many adoloscents can think in a proper way when picture are showing what they shouldn't show? Every child or an adoloscent do not have proper upbringing. What I mean to say is, though every parent look after their children with love, all parents can't know how to bring their children properly (not to be affected by films or media etc.,). Inkaa manam 100% literacy achieve cheyaledu. ee madhya "Ragging cases" koodaa yekkuvayyaayi. aa madhya "Sakthimaan" serial choosi yenta mandi pillalu praanaalu pogottukoledu? In fact, Heroes , Heroines yokka fashions ni, hair styles ni manam follow avvaalani try cheyamaa? "PremaDesam" film vocchinappudu, yentamandi abbaayilu "abbas" hair style use cheyaledu? Career aspects, personality development Ilaantivi evaru choostaaru ante, teese reetilo teeste baagaane choostaaru. In fact, Kartavyam film choosi inspire ayyi ento mandi women Police Department lo cheraaru. mari "Kartavyam" film "Kiran Bedi" story kaadaa? aa film ni evaroo choodaledaa?adi "Hit" avvaledaa?ante chakkani technique to teeste choostaaru. Viswanath gaari pictures hit avvaledaa? enta manchi classics avi? alaage Krishna Reddy pictures choodatam ledaa? Family values ki yenta importance istaaru. enta clean gaa teestaaru pictures ni. So called Formula pictures hit avvavu.

I feel every one accepts the fact that cinema is a potential mass entertaining rather mass communicating element. Its true that, a teenager who is strong enough to distinguish btwn 'Reality' and 'Fantacy' will easily avoid this magic trap.If (s)he is good enough to foresee the consequences, then yes, our teenager is out of danger. But friends!! Be honest and guess the % of such teenagers, and then analyze the impact of such movies on our poor adolescents. I'm sure each and every one of you must be having a friend/classmate or atleast some acquaintance who performed well till school final and suddenly lost the glory. Here I'm not saying, the reason for this is 'Movie'. But its definitely an element X which deviated him/her. And unfortunately, in most of the cases its a movie which attracts this teenager. "Film icons blamed for teenage smoking" (http://society.guardian.co.uk/Print/0,3858,4142939,00.html) - Plse find out the effect of movies on teenagers, here we've problem with love stories as well as smoking.. So, what attracts them the most is what influences their personality and charecter the most.If we take sample 'lot' of audiance for movies, it will be with in the age group of 13- 20, a typical student's age. What type of entertainment(morally..) does these teenage love stories give? fun and joy of student life exists only in teasing lecturers dating with opposite sex? Do we see any aim or ambition in those roles? Narayana murty, premji, ambani are role models and inspiring personalities. Just think how many teenagers know about these legendary people? mind you, consider students from rural, sub-urbs as well. But if you ask bout 'Teja' the movie director, or some film personality, u'll be flooded with the full life history of them. Isn't it evedent that, youth is attracted by glamour than intellectual? How can we expect a guy who is totally off the track, to become a role model? I agree some may become successful in film industry. But out of this major chunk, how many come under this? Love - student life are always interesting and entertaining. But in a constructive way.It should not create false image about love and student life.

Ofcourse, they are of great entertainment. No one deny that. But can we call the present day films , entertaining? I can say for your question, "Yes". If they can't be sincere and strong minded, they can atleast remain as they are. The present day pictures are teaching them the ways to tease girls and disrespect lecturers and advocate bad behaviour and giving wrong notions. Ilaanti oka influence lekapote, ledaa alternate gaa "Career" and "Responsibility towards Society" ni emphasize chestoo pictures teeste baavuntundi.

JAI-BABA During the life span youth is the golden period.Mind is not un-matured like child nor week as old people in youth. If any doom or boon occured in the stage of youth that is not due to external effects.

Yes, Love trend in pictures is reaching its threshold points. We get vexed of watching these love movies. Cinema has got a very great influence on the viewers. But to children and youth, its impact is more. We should agree that these kind of stories(not at all reasonable and also very vague and ridiculous) are spoiling youth. Though there are good number of youth are only interested in building their life.(This is very small percentage).
