there are types in silica. it will be used in galss manufacturing, ceramics, bulding materials, in foundries like furnances etc, filter sand etc.

u know "kalabanda" one type of plant gernerally grows in low water source fields also.u can find so many plants of kalabanda in rural andhra.
it is used in medicines and cosmetics.
we can export it to foreign countries also.
villagers not aware of these things.
first we have to explain this types of self-employement schemes so it is very easy to develop the poor.
another thing.in the rayalaseema districts "sillica" raw material available frequently.some X persons exporting this to Bombay.they dont know what the north people doing with that stone powder.if any body in this site please ask or enquire the chemistry people what the real purpose of sillica in the indusrial market.

Why should be that much pessimistic? They may not pay taxes to the government because the money is not being utilised properly and corruption everywhere. But in Private Organizations it is not. So everyone basically are interested in helping the country to develop and prosper. Though they may adopt different strategies, when it comes to these kind of situations, these industries can really do something worthful.
NarayanaMurthy(Infosys) is very much devoted to the country.(This doesn't mean that others are not). As I already suggested Mr. Ambani Sr. also thought that(no matter what methods he applied to raise to the top. this is not the concern here).
How much the government tries to do, the major leaders are not good. They are corrupt people. See what happened for the "Paniki aahaara biyyam pathakam". This is only a minor one. In each and everything, they try to grab as much as they can. But in Private Organisations, it will not be the case.
These Private people has good knowledge and thru it they can earn. They need not earn money only for money sake by any dirty means.
Also the private people are more competitive, they compete with the other industries in developing the villages(this is not a day dream or an vague idea). They are not interested in or accustomed to giving false promises, showing wrong results etc., Even the factionists or any anti-social elements who try to threaten common people, can't frighten these people, because these are semi-gods to educational elite and the government too. These are the people who created an impression for we, Indians, world wide. So no one can dare to approach them.(I read that Vajpayee really was in tears when Mr. Ambani Sr. bought all the political leaders in Gujarat(I suppose) feeling angry that the Chief Minister of Gujarat(may be U.P.) made his son wait for an appointment with him. Such is their power. Here I am not supporting Ambani Srs. act. The only thing I want to say is they are that much powerful).
We can have a panel of government to look after the Balance Sheets of these companies and decide the no. of villages they need to adopt and check the progress in the villages too. Both government and these people work properly because, since these need to only check them, they can be impartial. These people taking it as a Prestige issue, work hard. Moreover since they feel that their effort and money is not being wasted and they themselves can see the progress, they can really keep their heart and mind for good results.
This may seem as a Daydream to the readers here. But who can guide us are the people in working sector (Collectors)and the giant like Narayana Murthy himself. What he thinks of this idea.
It is a big rumour that the government is going to privatise all the public limited companies. If it is so, why can't it be? Can't we implement it as a testing phase?
Even political parties are adopting villages.
I think when Gujarat Earthquake was happened, Congress adopted some villages there.

Boon from God.
One evening, I went to temple
along with my mother
to listen to preaches on God.
What I understood is,
God will visible

to those who determinedly question
God who is the Lord-Master
will become the servant
and work for the tenant
HE grants the boon
as possible as soon.
I, who have many a wish
decided to pray
to be granted with a boon.
For me,a girl of fertile imagination,
who have many a fascination,
God descended.

What to ask HIM?
Should I ask personal related
or about the family,or
to bring equality in the society,
to bring equal rights for woman,
or to wish for world peace

where woman can be respected

to wish for good feelings in people
where everyone treats himself as
a world citizen and human.
My thoughts flow incessantly
while God is watching patiently.
For some time HE kept quite
to let me think in quiet.
For my difficulty to decide,
God laughed and said,
" Dear, Shall I grant you the best?"
I nodded my head feeling rest.
"I will provide you work
which you can love to do,
to which you can gladly ado.
which can enable you to get rid

Let me tell you a story about some special people. Sometimes they are called "retarded"...
A few years ago, at the Seattle Special Olympics, nine contestants, all physically or mentally disabled, assembled at the starting line for the 100-yard dash.
At the gun, they all started out, not exactly in a dash, but with relish to run the race to the finish and win. All, that is, except one little boy who stumbled on the asphalt, tumbled over a
couple of times,and began to cry. The other eight heard the boy cry.
They slowed down and looked back. Then they all turned around and went back......
every one of them. One girl with Down's Syndrome bent down and kissed him and said, "This will make it better."
Then all nine linked arms and walked together to the finish line. Everyone in the stadium stood, and the cheering went on for several minutes. People who were there are telling the story. Why?
