Educate the Population annaaru. Adi "High Profile" people koodaa include avvaali. Sanitation and cleanliness is one thing that we should teach to people. I think there is Water Problem. That's why people can't maintain Cleanliness.
"Sulabh" complex people are helping a lot. I think the chairman got some award for this service too. It is better if we can contact him thru Journalists. They can guide us. Since he worked on it, he can suggest us. It is better if we voluntarily can give our money to them.
