I dont agree with this idea at all.it is a foolish idea.idi yela sadyam.vallu telivi kalavallu kavocu.but narahanthakulu.antha mandini champina vallaki ksampabiksa pedithey repu ila inka chala mandi tayaravutharu.anthey kaka villaki vunathamyina post lu isthey inka chala hinam ga vuntundi.World lo intellectuals ki kodava ledu.
If u use ur intelligence and telivi for good things u will become mahathma if not we have to punish them.so ilanti pichi pichi alochanalu manesthey best.
Intha strong ga rayataniki karanam i saw with my eyes those people burned in a bus in mid ninites in guntur distirst.that fellow pored petrol and burned the bus in which 20 people died.after court conviceted for execution our great EX - president gave kshamabiksha for that fellow.so choodandi same repeat ayindi last month end lo hyd -kurnool.even though if court executes those fellows who did it some human right organisation will go and ask president to give kshamabiksha for them.
So the 17 people died and there familes never forgot those horrible moments and still i dont forget that 1995 mid incident in which lot of poeple known to me died.
So who do crime should be puncihed and should be punished like in saudi or muslim country where they will hang them publicly so that next time another fellow wont do it.

Hello Everybody, I don't know whether it is a joke. But I seriously think of this idea.
