Still there is sign of good days in America too, who ever been on web development might struggling this problem. But those who are in different sectors like hardware, chip industry and hardware/Software communication industry still have a good future.
USB drivers technology, Palladium, Smart card chip technology, BIO Informatics and couple of CRM's are still hot now. Even SQA in these areas are hot. Mainframe ooooh hooo still there, open them from your racks :-))
Focus in these areas, why to blame to the happenings around us. Main drawback is lack of direct contacts to the client. Our desi clients does not have direct reach to client.Look for those who have good client list.

The bottom line is: bulk export of mass manufactured coding machines from India turns out to be cheap. There are no permanent enemies nor permanent friends. Only Permanent Interests. In this case: Dollars. If eastern europeans/chinese turn out to be cheaper, then they will be hired and fired on the fly. A caucasian(Cock-Asian?) can get away with anything at work. Most of the employees here are not half as qualified as the worst Indian that comes here. If one was extremely well qualified then that entity is wasting her/his talents at the mercy of a stupid white/chinese. A russian prostitute in contract with a firm has to entertain N number of clients during the night and live in an over crowded and dingy room. at the end of the day she/he is still a PROS. a consultant-programmer is no different. Satisfy the client a gazillion number of times and keep them happy. most Desi managers are like the russian pimps. the rest is on silver screen....

1. who is coming to america, all they are not knowledge zero people. among them some are useless and feel tension for everything and start torturing their wives.
2. i have seen lot of useless engineers here and my husband helps them everything in our project and to be truthfully because of him only they are in our project. i mean our senoirity is surviving them in telling the project manager about them as well efficient staff. and they work for us only. if the project manager asks them anything urget, my husband definitely has to spend his whole time in doing their work only. of course this is not for my proudness or anything, but it's un necessary coming here without proper knowledge. and i know a girl here, she is a ranked officer's daughter there in india, but she has to give dannams to everyone in project for saving herself from husband.
