about IT market my best knowledge for new commers or exit level professionals, dotcompanies existance completly in out of order, bcz only the reason from past 4 years companies with 90% project developments in diff sectors. now every project changed as product. so in future companies and clients looks towards products not projects. so they (companies or clients) dont nees to waste money and time. They spend limited money on skilled professionals and get the output within a less time. This is happening in software sectors. so if at all software comes on to the picture like earlier chances is very less for entry level professionals.

Posted by: Mr mayreddy Rajeshwar Reddy At: 12, Mar 2002 8:00:53 AM IST One and half year ago, when the IT industry looked so strong and overall US economy is at its overall high, no analyst of any sort predicted that Economy and IT will be facing this tought situtaion. Even no analyst told that there will be a slowdown, forget about the recession.
Is it not a point for us to take, and not to believe these analysts very seriously.
When the business follows traditional and age old business core values as parameters, we could believe these predictions. But in this modern economy, all these analysys could be quite wrong.
Don't forget the Enron story. The company which looked so strong and unbelievable can become bankrupt in another day.
I would strongly encourage all of you not to seriously think about what will happen to the future of IT? Rather I would want all of you expand your domain knowledge, your skill set, think of new business opprtunities and innovate for a bright future.
Posted by: Mr sankara rao bhogi At: 17, Feb 2002 5:28:57 PM IST Lets hope it picks up.... but the point is how are you analysing that IT will pick up???
Can anyone give solid reason(s) (other than just the IT share market changes) why it could pick up?? Say an analysis of what are the factors that may help the picking up of the industry. I just want to know what factors effect which industry and in what ways....
