| What's the connection between their education and embezzlement of funds. Panchayat Raj engineers also uneducated? What about Village Development Officers.
Water, roads, sanitation, transporatation are the Infrastructure. This is the main problem in every village.
Cosmopoliticians are not aware of these problems. In villages people use roads for nature calls.

Hi,
Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department have given some funds to each village towards the fulfillment of basic needs like water, roads, transportation, education etc. But they are not being utilized properly.
As we believe that some of our village presidents are not well educated, we need to help them on how they can use the available resources and build their village.
We need to formulate a list of every gram panchayat sarpanch responsibilites.
