i feel its because of lack of unity in the department. one man army will not work out in real life. one alone can not do much, unless he has no family n no other relations.and he always have to face trouble each n every second. seems this should be rectified from the side of politics. no one should encourage or vote for gundas to elect them as our ministers.

hi all, I respect Civil servents as the most intelligent people in India but now a days most of the IAS, IPS officers are behaving as a chamcha or some times even as a broker (i'm sorry if it hurts some one but it's true), why this is happening.... is this happening because they don't have of enough power or is this happening because of lack of unity in civil Servents...what ever reason could be the i strongly feel that our most intelligent people (Civil Servents) who are supposed to take care poor people are taking care politicians....... so i welcome comments from folks on this topic.... --Ravi
