| Vankaya pacchadi........take 3 to 4 brinjals
One spoon urad dal
One spoon dhania
one spoon channa dal
5 to 6 red chillies
one spoon tamrind paste
Roast all the above ingredients and grind them. Mean while cut brinjals in to small pieces
Heat 4 spoons oil in kadai.....add brinjal pieces .....close the kadai with a lid. When the brinjal pieces
get cooked mash them well and add the above grinded powder to the mashed brinjals and season it with 2 spoons oil
pich of hing. (If unable to mash brinjal .....can even grind them along with the powder).
