never approach wwicscanada people for immigration.
i dont want to give public opinion on this as i may be sued. Iam in canada. better go to delhi and approach CHC directly, thats is the cheapest and best way. CHC(canadian high commission) employees are very friendly and helpful. but dont approach private consultancies if they ask more than 30,000/-
this is my suggession. later it is your wish and will.

but come as only immigrant in point system, dont take work permit
or better come with student visa.
