Future generation ku dhachali. COrrectly said. This is the main cause of bribery. One more i can add is no jobs. job gaurantee ledu. chadivaka no job. So pillalaki dabbu support cheyyali. Anduke ee dhachatamu. Foreign lo ayithe, no worries for jobs. yekkado oka chota job vasthundi. So less bribery. But high level lo bribery untundi.
So my dear foolish govt(people), try to create more jobs first. REduce the tension uncertinity in life in future. I do not make people to look for foreignlands for life.

as Rahul said, ikkada western countries lo anthaga bribing undadu enduku ante savings undavu kabatti...
manaki india lo full ga save chesi mana next generation varikosam dachali ante..ekkada nundi vastundi antha dabbu...u have to get from different source...there comes bribing...

I wish to see some discussion on,
Who is at fault for the existing trend of Bribery, especially in govt offices ?
On flip side, this is a comment from a govt employee:
"People goto restaurents. Pay actual food bill + service charge ( 15% in karnataka ) + 5 % sales tax and on top of all pay almost 10% as tip to the servants. I wonder, why people refuse to pay tips to us for our services."
