| I am shocked and throughly disappointed at the appalling behaviour of some of our Govt:officials especially in the Sub Registrar's offices--the one in Marredpally,Secunderabad for example.I can not, for the life of me understand why they make everything sound so complicated just to register even a simple straightforward document issued by the court.I can only imagine that they do this simply to extract a much larger sum of money from the poor man in the street.What is more disappointing is though...is the attitude of our so called "Learned Friends" who seem to be working hand in hand with these official crooks!Despite all our success in the IT world and economic progress I do think that we are a long way off from becoming a leading power on the world stage. Hyderabad is world's no1 I hear! in corruption stakes! I am deeply ashamed.
