| SARS is not as life threatening as AIDS because a study had suggested that this is caused by cockroaches and by taking little precausions we can fight this disease. But we are not sure how and from whom we would contract AIDS and even though we have the virus in us it takes a lot of time to diagnose this. So, in my opinion SARS is avoidable.

Though both are dangerous but they are completely different.
Remember SARS is curable,unlike AIDS, which doesn't have remedy!!
