I can only think of the 2 possible explanations... 1) If the 2 students were to travel on their own, it would cost them $150 together which is $75 per head. 2) Since they are traveling with Sam, the cost of $150 should be shared between 3 which would be $50 per head.

:) yah 2 ways if we assume that the trip takes less than a day :) yah my answer is 50$ too ..am waiting for the confirmation myself (but guess its not that easy ..guess its a tricky question )

andukee kadaa hint ichaa ...btw ..IQ level 140 kadaa ..:) ok herez another one :) Sam rents a private car for A-C-A trip. It costs him $ 300 everyday. One day the car driver informed Sam that there were two students from B who wished to go from B to C and back to B. B is halfway between A and C. Sam asked the driver to let the students travel with him. On the first day when they came, Sam said, "If you tell me the mathematically correct price you should pay individually for your portion of the trip, I will let you travel for free." How much should the individual student pay for their journey?

0 1 1 2 1 2 1 3 2 2 1 3 1 2 2 4 1 3 1 3 2 2 1 _ _ _ the sequence is the "number of prime factors for the natural numbers" like 1 (not a prime number) so 0 2 (prime = 1) 3 (prime = 1) 4 (2x2 =2) ...... the sequence is till 23 which is prime = 1 next number 24 = 2x2x2x3 = 4 25 = 5x5 = 2 26 = 2x13 = 2 27 = 3x3x3 = 3 n so on :) ... ardham ayyindi anukunta :)
