| It is unnecessary to talk/discuss about current /past causes for failure in eradication of poverty.
No body with current political /bureaucratic structure can develop or at least start developing India/AP.
This is because of system failure. At first we need to re structure our PAVITHRA RAJYANGAM. Unless it is done expecting a massive change in our society is foolishness.
