We have private and Govt education system. Why Govt is not considering the staff and the facilities ?? 1. Inadequate rooms 2. Ablution not all considered though we have female staff at every location. 3. Housing / accomodation for the staff. Why not construct few houses nearby the school / college? 4. Transport facility. 5. Independent library for every school and college. Educational; institutions has to set an example in every field: 1. Music 2. Language 3. Culture 4. Civilization 5. Dress code 6. Table manners 7. Hobbies end less list.

i dont think the education system is fully trying to fullfill the dreams of the students. each student as an individual has his or her own dreams but they are being forced to become an engineer or a doctor or some thing else which will let them get into a money earning process as soon as possible. they have to put all their talents in extra cirrucular activities aside and concentrate on their studies like inter or any cet-exams. the student just after his 10th should be given freedom to opt his profession in what he wants to excel. for this the student also has to grow up and have a certain maturity level of thinking for deciding his career. so from his younger age itself he should be allowed to take decisions and the parents or the teachers should check his decision and if wrong tell him the +ve and -ve of his decision and help him in making a correct decision. which will help them a lot in the future. so by the age he finishes his school education he will be good enough in tnking about the future and taking a decision
