1 is called europe telugu association & the other is Andhra Telugu Association.
I had been to the get together of the former twice.ATA meets are held on Ugadhi and Diwali every year.
you may contact this guy sivaram_p@yahoo.com(or is p_sivaram@yahoo.com?? not sure) for further information. That guy is responsible for sending out invitations for the meet.
