There are so may official boards for muslims. Which can claim to be representing the community. Unfortunately Hindus did not have such an official board. This lead VHP and RSS to occupy the vacuum.
Since VHP and RSS are not govt bodies, they are not well tamed. Thier ideologies are not completely wrong...but there is ocassional overshoot of statements which make them scary.
As long as there is no authoritative representation from both the sides..this issue is a mistry.
