May be what you said is true to some extent, but is not true completely.
Always we can divert the discussion to correct flow and for the purpose. It is only we responsible. Not the site. we should utilise the good opportunity provided by the site.
We can frame the rules and specify it to them when we post a new topic. what do you say?
