There are two more solutions.
Study well. Join in good colleges with merit. Compete with others and get good job.
Let us prove our worth and bring prestige to our communities also.Then everybody gives respect to us. Let us demand respect in a proper way. Like Jews in Israel, they are also backward community sometime back. They have proven their ability and now demanding respect all over.
how many days should we depend on free food and free jobs like parasites. Is it required to pull us always somebody ? lets swim on our own.
I propose one more solution. let us give our jobs to those who are competing with merit and take half salary from them. With this country will develop and 2 families will live peacefully.

Hi friends,
there are 2 solutions to this. Anyone solution if we can implement properly then probably can come out of this jaadyam.
Inferiority complex is there in them(Nimna kulalu). To pull them out of this.
1) convert all those nimna kulalu to one particular community either christian or buddist. Give job reservation to one person from one house name. If anybody claims again from these families that they are nimna kulam cut their ration card.
It may not be that effective.
2) Devide all communities into 2 groups. upper and lower. Encourage marriages across these communities by giving job to those who followed it and cut ration who opposes it. Lets face it guys like brahmin, Kamma , Reddy and so on comes in higher and mala, maadiga, chenchu comes in lower. probably then we will have a society free from these superior and inferior complexes. Otherwise let us stop this sensitive discussion and let prevail aatavika Nyaayam.

Good Krishna, but I heard about this year's fight in the college where I studied between two castes(that feeling was been carried from 1986 batch). How can one expect to fight in an engineering college campus based on the caste? When it comes to a good looking girl, they don't mind about the caste and love her!

kulam matham ane padalu povadam ante kstame this can happen or start may be with the people who can make descions i mean to say politicians look what i mean to say is if u fill up a form for govt stuff or what so ever it may be u r asked to provide u r matham and kulam ..right so how can we forget that so if govt makes a move and make a rule saying that every one is same then it may start workout but u know no govt will do that because if they do they may loose lot of things so they continue so these things continue so better dont waste time on thinking such stuff may be or else its u r wish guys

Definitely we, the present generation has to think about it and do something constructively to reduce the intensity of this ...
