i very well know the difference. the discussion started with people complaining and cursing the government. so i dint agree with them and called to do our duties first .

you people complain that the govet is not doing this , that etc. so i said this. these days our society is changing. people ar enot looking after their parents . thats why i mentioned this .

see looking after parents is a personal responsibility and not a collective one.
lets first accomplish our duties and resposibilities with regard to our parents.
after fulfiling those we can fight with the government.
