Here are the property details:
Acres of Land - 3 Acres. Near Mandapeta in Yedida Seetanagaram Village.It is 20 minutes drive from Mandapeta town.
It is very fertile and suitable for Sugarcane, Banana & Paddy.
My land is right on the water canal that goes to madapeta. So there is plenty and direct access to water.

Hi Everybody
Me too born in Mandapeta. I visit mandapeta atleast twice in a year. Used to go to nearby places like rayavaram, kapileswarapuram, olluru, nelaturu, nalluru. Feel like settling back there. People are really good there. Only problem is with mosquitoes and flies!!

My Name is Mahendra Rao. My father Mr G B Rao is woking in Tata Motors ,Jamshedpur. My Mother is from Pulletikurru and my father is from Rajahmundry. I was brought up in Jamshedpur,did my engg. from Hyderabad and now working in Pune.
I Love East godavari. I visit the place at least three times every year. I visit my relatives in Rajahmundry,Pulletikurru,Kakinada,Amalapuram.
My wife is from Mandapeta.
My grandfather (from my father's side) was from Mandapeta. My father spent his early days in Vizag,rajahmundry,Vijayawada . Later my grandfather joined APCO and was tranferred to Kharaghpur and then to Jamshedpur and thats how we landed up in jamhshedpur.But we were always in touch with East Godavari and would always long to be there. Infact my father is retiring next year and stelling in RJY.
My fatherinlaw's name is Bhagvatar Balla Balasubramanium( from Mandapeta).

I have done my MCA from G. Mamidada. I stayed there for 3 years. Now I am working in Hyderabad.
