UDIPI Hotels are under the brand name of "KAMATH" in the capital city Hyderabad and now these Mangloreans are down to other cities of Andhra pradesh.
Gujarathi food is roti based where as Udipi is rice based. most of the south indians prefer rice rather than roti(chapathi). Incase of Udipi taste of sambar to any other curry remain same becuase it's garnished by coconut. Where as a gujarathi makes even a "KARELA Masala" so tastey.
