| Two people did not eat any thing for a couple of days. One told the other he wanted to eat in GoldenPlate. The second slaps him hard and said we are almost dying and you wish a feast in golden plate. I know but having a high ambition will not stop any thing. Similarly, In the interview Mr. Kalam wished to be noble to become a judge but he did not mention we have. He just meen we need. If if you ask him to appoint can he get one? His idea is that the current soceity not only just rquires a qualified person but also a fit person.
Some times iterpretations will lead to a bit of confusion people like
HH Harshad Mehta, who announced that how I can pay 25 Lakhs income tax in anticipatory, during his Havala Hawa. Every one the media, income tax dept. confused and when they checked records he did not pay any thing and confirmed by IT dept in Times of India. Harsha Mehata replied "When did I say that I paid?"
